Ride height

Hi hope someone can help my front mud flaps touch the ground at the smallest bump can anyone give me the ride height measure for the wheel arch with 15inch wheels

My old Scorp had front mud flaps that used to touch speed humps. The ride height seemed okay & the shocks & springs were fine. It seemed that the mud flaps were just too long, so I ended up taking them off.....problem solved Also, are they properly attached ? They can slip out of the clamps, especially if the've started hitting bumps, which will loosen them more & start to rip them

...and the new type clips you get from the Ford dealer after the old torx head ones have rusted/fallen off are useless and start falling off within a fortnight...magic
