y :  0.970 - 1.030
 0.954     FAIL ( the "y" is upside down on the report.)

the "y" is actually the llambda symbol, all those readings show it is actually running rich, you need a scan or check the operation of the llambda sensor with a multi meter, it needs to cycle between 0.2-0.8v. the llambda reading will allways be 1.000 or very close if emissions are correct, with or without a cat.
