ABS/TCS Warning Lights

An odd one this... Yesterday evening I noted that the car was pulling slightly off the right under braking, and (since they'd recently be changed) I didn't think it was discs or pads, so I thought it was probably tyre pressures. Anyway I went to a garage, pumped up the tyres (sure enough front right was flatter than the others, but they were all a bit flat. Anyway I then pulled off again the the ABS failed the running test (eg ABS and TCS failure lights came on at 11mph). I stopped the car and re-started it but - no - the system was quite adamant that there was a problem and lit the lights up again. With only five minutes drive left to home I carried on (and noted I had at least stopped the car pulling to the right) then parked it and made a note to ring the garage this morning. But... This morning it's as if there was no problem. The lights went out and stayed out, and no amount of brake or TC testing or re-starting the car et cetera will make them come on again. Also the brakes and TC appear to be working perfectly. So do I have anything that needs looking at or is this a no fault? Cheers Penguin

If the lights are off everythings fine, could just have been the tyre pressures

hi there i had the other week (without the pulling/tyre issue). using stuart's tri-com lead, i found that the error was a pump error. hasn't returned, so i'm hoping it was a one off. the t/c lights up as well on your car because you lose t/c when the abs is disabled. hth
