Vibration from rear?

hello again. i have a vibration from my 2.3 ultima, and it seems to be coming from the rear.it only seems to happen between 20-30mph and again from 45-60.its not very bad but annoying.there is also a small rumbleing.it happens when accelerating and decellerating or even cruising.the car was standing for 4 months before i got it 3 weeks ago.it has been sugested the uj's may be stiff, but surely it would do it all the time. has anyone else experienced this? anyone got any ideas? it almost feels as tho i have a very soft tyre on a rough tarmac road, if you see what i mean.as new driveshafts are around £480 each i dont want to change anything that i dont need to. thanks guys.

Yes I get much the same, somewhere around 40 and somewhere around 55. Funnily its seems to be worse on the morning drive to work and less in the evening. Duuh??
There are a lot of posts about this vibration issue and cattle grid and props etc and its just trying to sort out if someone elses explanation of their sound/ feeling is the same as your own.
Also the more I welly give the engine the less it seems to happen, maybe thats why its less on the way back from work?
I still can't decide if to ignore it or try to locate the root cause, lots of people seem to have either given up trying to rectify it or are still trying to no avail!!!!!

Just an idea but check the wheel bearings, mine was going and they made a similar noise to what you just said
