OK, OK, I know this is hardly a critical problem but if anyone can help amidst everyone elses more serious issues would be glad of the help. Problem is that I can no longer set a new seat position into the memory. The long memory button on the switch cluster will no longer sound a tone so you can then set the new seat position. I have got hold of another switch cluster and tried that, no joy. Funny thing is though, when messing around with the buttons on the switch cluster I can hear what sounds like a switch motor running from somewhere behind the dash. This only seems to stop after turning the ignition on

I'm not sure if i'm reading this wrong but i always have to firstly press the long button then a number before i hear a chime, perhaps your not pressing the number after it ?
