FORD 2005 RDS

Hello Everyone,
Does anyone know how to inject line level audio into a Ford 2005 RDS, either by going directly on to the PCB or via the the CD changer multi pin socket, if its any help the unit was made May 03, Part No 97AP-18K876-LA, the audio power output IC's are ST 70024AB same as TDA7375 I think.

Hi. you want to input line level audio into it and still have the volume/tone controls? If so you'd need to go in before the amp section, otherwise you'll get full blast audio all the time  .
With my experience of these radios, it might be easier to just spur in where the CD input is .

Hello
Thanks for your reply, the radio is not mine its in my sisters car. she want to plug her Ipod into it, she does not have her info books which come with the radio, do you know which socket and which pins to connect to ?, thanks for any help you can give on the subject.
