My radio doesn't work unless I press the removable 'security bar' in, but when I take my finger and pressure off, the radio stops working again, very annoying Any suggestions will be greatfully recieved, Mick

clean the contacts on the panel and on the radio. Does it stay in place or is it loose?

if that doesnt work the contacts may have been pushed in or lost a bit of their "spring" you can ease them out with a pin or similar

Cheers, just had a look, the security side is post and the fixed are sprung, have pulled them out a bit, no joy, but the security bar does seem a bit flexed or bowed, perhaps I need a new one of those, Mick

Mine does the same thing but if you persuade it straight again using just your hands it works for a couple of months then you have to do the same again but hey, its cheaper than a new one. Only seems to do it when its hot though.
