Clutch judder

I've got an intermittant clutch judder on my 2.0 16v.
When I bought the car 42 months ago I bought it expecting to replace the clutch because of a severe judder.

The clutch was replaced then with non OEM parts, there
were no obvious signs of why it was juddering.
The release bearing was not replaced.
The clutch was a lot better, but is now starting to judder again after less than 10k miles. Some days it is Ok and other days it judders.

The car has no oil leaks other than from the power steering pump & is not losing any water.

Anybody got any ideas?
