Fog light switch?

Hmm, my foglamps don't work. (98 Ultima 24v) The little leds next to the light switch don't light up when the switch is pulled out, so I imagine it's either the switch is kaput or something (knowing the car this is the likely option) weird is going on. From what I can work out, the front and rear fogs are controlled by different relays, or is there something else that controls the power going to the switch? Clues, pointers etc, would be nice.

just gone out and done that, fuse 15 had popped, putting the fuse in brought the little leds back on on the light switch. Unfortunately, as soon as I started the engine the fuse popped again.... Arrgh!

tis a saloon, yup. I'll have a look at the wiring around the hinges tomorrow. The tail-lights in the bootlid work fine, so it's all a bit irritating. I'll check the bulbs haven't shorted somehow while I'm there.
