electrical problems?

Point 1
the heater fan is not working at all but i am going to check the fuse!
Point 2
the wiper stalk seams to be back to front when you select the rear washer it does the front screen nothing happens when i press the end of the stalk and also the tailgate washer/wiper does not work at all.
no doubt i will find more problems when i have a good check over it all
I live it the north east (Redcar, Cleveland) if anyone local can help

Now checked the fuse for the heater and its ok when i switch it on the rec air button does not do anything (not even light up) could this be down to the climate control module?

yours sounds like it's disconnected. check the ribbon cable between the control panel and the module behind it.
