Have a look at it   HERE  Note the clinically clean mating faces at this trial run prior to the fitting

Back with costings later - It's not worth buying a second hand one.

try another ford dealer if I were you. I know my local one has sold out. send them the pikky because they have a habbit of sending out wrong parts in my 'waterpump' experience.

goldie, I wll ring my Ford man tomorrow and report back.

Regarding Matts pic I would say 24V left 12V right - I distinctly remember the bolt on the south aspect difficult to access and remove 'cos you couldn't see it . I will try and find another picture

"went to get it and even though listed as 24v  its the early 24v upto 1995 so im stuffed me finks!! "

goldie. use this site first then pick up the phone to the dealer.

This happens all the time! Make sure you state the YEAR in all your enquiries, dealers don't know the difference between a Ford Granada 77-85 Ford Granada/Scorpio 85-95 and our baby the Ford Scorpo ULTIMA 95-98 [Frogs eyed to some] In our case 2.9 24V Cosworth engineered power unit.

Because of the low volume of numbers made there is virtually no aftermarket parts available save for the likes of brake discs and a few other simple-to-produce items.

I have just phoned my man at local Ford and he' is looking into availabilty and price he's going to ring me back...

Info: Available! Refer to FORD Germany my man says - it'll take 3-5 working days from the order, investment: £151.54 Incl VAT.

This confirms that there are none in the UK... time to talk to your friendly Bank Manager

hth

link up on a pm and I'll help you on this pictures - you know what they say....
