Bought 2.3 Scorpio - Problems / Faults

I acquired a 2.3 Estate (£50) and don't really know a lot about them. The only faults that I can find are :
1. The 7000 Radio doesn't work, although when you push the On/Off switch the screen changes colour. I have installed a new battery and was expecting it to ask for a keycode but nothing.
2. The sunroof doesn't work.
The only other problem I haven't sorted yet is a blown dip beam bulb which I hope to resolve today.
Any help would be appreciated as I'm not an expert when it comes to cars of any sort.

The radio wil require a code if you have replaced the battery.
You need to remove the radio and store it somewhere warm and dry for a few hours/day(s) and hopefully the screen will return to normal .
The radio hand books are HERE If you do NOT have the radio code there are people on here along with myself that can give you the code for the radio from the serial number.. best done either by email or PM ....
The handbooks for the cars are HERE which should give you most of the information you require.
If not try searching on the main site from the index page
WELCOME to the forum , I thoink you find that there is a wealth of knowledge on here from memmbers experiences and they are a friendly bunch MOST of the time

I'll try the removing and warming up bit, thanks. I have the handbook c/w keycode.
I'll let you now how I get on. I'm hoping to MOT it before the end of the month   , so I'll probably have more questions, although the ones so far are nothing to do with MOT.
