Hi scorpio_man
Top right- just under the cyl head, you will see the thermostat this component has 3 connections it is the elbow linking the water pump to the t/s which is nicely hidden under the A/C compressor motor. Click on my initial hyperlink to see its location. It is part of the circuit of hose 1

The part is not shown on this diagram - don't know why Undecided

hi there

7334644 is a thick pipe to the middle of the t/s.

7334646 is a thin pipe to the top of the t/s.

does this help?

I think this is it it is a stumpy L shaped hose - I have updated my hyperlink HERE with a pic of this hose.

7334644 is a thick pipe to the middle of the t/s. NOT hose #1

The part is not shown on your diagram - don't know why  Huh

its 24 on that picture, tis a bit of a b--- to do, the clip bites into the hose & cuts it, best to use 'original' type ss hose clip, it dose'nt go on the water pump very far, doe the other one through the cyl head a couple of times also.

Thanx scorpio_man you are a STAR -
24= 7334644 is a thick pipe to the middle of the t/s. this looks like the one  Cheesy

Hi Martin - ss Huh hose clip have a look at my hyperlink again I have updated it because my Ford man couldn't find it either. Are these ss hose clamps the compression typeHuh the enlarged diag shows what looks like a Ford one on the t/s and a bog standard jubilee clamp at the water pump - agree  Huh

Thank fully I am halfway through the "tis a bit of a b--- to do" just need to get a new hose and two hose clamps and it's all downhill - I hope!
