resetting after maf clean and fluid change on gear

hi there all after cleaning the maf and changing the box fluid and filter should i have disconnected the battery and reset every thing

hi there
you can if you want. it won't make much difference (after the learning period) as the car will adjust all the settings anyway.
what it will do is clear all error codes and fuel trims, so when/if scanned at a later date, you will know they are genuine codes.
