Where's the engine number on DOHC 2.3?

Hello!
Does anybody know where the engine number is located on Scorpio '96, 2.3 engine?
I need to take a picture of it for my DMV (due to corrosion)
PS: will be very good if you show me on photo.

Thanks for reply, but it didn't
But I had luck to find the place where the engine number is stamped. It's on the front side of an engine. Actually in the top-right of the lower part of the engine.

When I first read this posting, I didn't like to say where I thought the engine number was stamped because I wasn't sure 
The only number I've managed to find was when I replaced the inlet manifold & noticed a number stamped on the head behind the fuel rail......
I'll have a look at where you found your engine number Ivan & see if I've got one in the same place...& if I do, see if it matches the number on the side of the head behind the fuel rail  .....although I'm thinking that what I have in the above picture may be a cylinder head part number ........
