An extra engine in air filter?

This is going to sound really weird, but if i put my size tens to the floor, it sounds like there is a v8 engine in my air filter box. 
I have changed air filter a few weeks ago when I did a service. If I drive normally there is no weird sound. I am not even reaching kickdown for the engine to make this noise. Any ideas? (by the way the engine is 2.9l 12v)

Have you fitted it all back together properly?
Sounds like its drawing air through the wrong hole
