The Wiring Diagrams are HERE Seat position memory is most likely dirty contacts in the switches . Try some cleaner on the three buttons and the long one.

One suggestion and quick to check... For the temperature gauge problem, try unplugging and reconnecting the large multiway plug and socket bolted to the inner wing in the engine compartment. It carries all of the engine loom over onto the body. Look for the black square with a bolt head on top. Undo the bolt and it forces the plug apart, get it all the way off, then bolt it back together after checking for any signs of corrosion.
