hi there

is there any watter getting through?

most likely a blocked filter at the pump. pull the pump off the water tank from underneath the front o/d wing. give the filter a clean and that should be it.

I had a similar problem on my Scorpio earlier this year - passenger side washer jets blocked.
Well worth checking if the pump filter is clogged - if you remove the drivers side fog lamp and indicator unit you can see the pump in the bottom of the tank - simply prise it out carefully with a screwdiver and check the rubber bung which is a filter screen and also the seal into with the pump fits into the tank.
Washer jets can be simply changed ( about £12 each + the VAT for the heated version ) - working underneath the bonnet, pull off the water pipe and disconnect any electric connection at the plug and use an 8 or 10 inch flat bladed screwdiver to carefully lever the spring clip and the washer jet will pop out of the bonnet. Take care not to scratch the paintwork.
If you have the replacement part it will be clearer as to where you need to apply leverage with the screwdriver.
Simple 5 minute job when you know how.

A couple of things to try,
is the pump deffinately working, Can you here it?
If you pull the pipe off the back of the jet and blow down it you should hear bubbles in the tank, ifso the pipe is clear. try the washers with the pipe off if you get a flow from the pipe then its the jets.
If it turns out to be the jet that is blocked I use some very fine wire and poke it in the jet and give it a good wiggle.

Oh And bizzay watter is whats used to brew fine whiskey, water is what us lot south of the border have in our taps Grin Wink
