AC Fault Codes

Hi all I am sorry if this question has been asked many times before but i don't seem to be able to find the answer....What does code 57 mean on the passenger AC panel in diagnostic mode? Many Thanks workshopboy

hi there it's hbc issue, normally overheating. most work for years without getting any noticeable symptoms. mines lasted over 6 years before showing some signs of wear. hth

The details about Air con and Climate control are Here . As you scroll down there is a photo of the HBC and a link to the method for testing. Also on the left of the main page there is a button marked Climate Control Reset. That has the codes on it. The 5 seems to be a hiccup and the code is actually 07 I believe.
