recirculating switch

the foresaid mentioning switch is not working on the centre console(one beside the a/c switch).has the console went for its tea or is there something else to look out for.i pressed it for the first time today to see if it worked.there is no light coming on behind the switch unlike the a/c button. maybe im doing something wrong please help atb

hi there are you still able to do a reset? if so, i'd say it was just the wee light. can you hear the flap closing in the engin bay? hth

big_timer. Have a look at the vacuum unit under the bonnet next to the heater,before and after you have pressed the switch and note if the position of the rod has moved.Andrew suggested listening,but it can be difficult to hear especially if you happen to be an old geezer like me GOZZ.
