Interior fans not working

Have installed c/c and on any position, auto, manual, with a/c turned on or off my fans not working I hear just little rustle, maybe it's not fans. Fan shutter moves when I change air direction (legs, face, windshield). Any ideas?

To save repeating the advice go to THIS THREAD and read ALL the 'links'. If you are lucky spraying with WD40 may cure it.

IIRC that unit is only used when the control is set to 're-circulate'. Follow the advice re the fan motor and see if that helps. You will need to remove the HBC in order to access it.

Checked HBC. On output it gives 12.5V on max, and 7.5V on mid and low. Hmm, not so good, but I think anyway motor should work with that. Also, my SATC connector has only one wire connected, brown\blue and I couldn't measure voltage from SATC module. Anyway, I think problem in fan motor And now it's time for http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/fanrepair.htm that? Or there is a something more that I can check?

Yesterday, after 5 mins of raining, I start the engine and noticed, that the fan start blowing when I set: HI temp, A\C off, windshield. Don't touched anything more and it worked on all way. Today, fan not blowing again. Still without battery cover
