i opened my car this morning to find my mirror had cracked, somthing had leaked from it all over my consol and it aas burnt it , ruined it , what is it and should it be that toxic as any body got another mirror for sale, dave

The intersesting Mod that is refered to was an electronic box of tricks that automatically opened and closed the tilt on the sunroof when the temperature rises above a certain level. Jamie was developing this a few years ago but left the fold and bought an Omega...... I think I still have one of the only two or three prototypes ever made somewhere..... I never got round to fitting it in mine!!

Hi If the mirror isn't taken, I could do with one as well. Mine hasnt leaked but the fluid is degrading. or if someone else has one going spare.

I bought one off him for the same price a few months back (collected it) for the wifes Scorpio & it's still working fine 
I'd give him a ring first though, to see if you can negotiate a fairer postage price
