YourEnglish better than my Swedish!!. Remove the heater blower control from the top of the 'box' under the bonnet and spray in WD 40. THIS might help

it may have two separate problems 1/ squealing bearings and 2/ problem with hbc unit at low speed the hbc is having to dump a lot of power across it and is working at its hardest ..will get progressively hotter as fan speed drops ...does the fan restart after a while if left untouched? if it does the hbc is at fault worth checking with meter whether there is a variable voltage output ..should runs 12v down to around 2v
