Passed MOT !!

Not a problem as such, but I didn't think it was big enough for News! Yes, this morning at 08.03 hrs, going by certificate on emissions, my lovely Scorpio passed it's MOT with 'flying-colours'. That's it got 13 months MOT all but two days. I've known the chappy that owns the garage for about 25 years, but he still does a good tough honest MOT. Had to travel 30 miles for the MOT, in -8 degrees C, the doors were stuck shut when I got there, the washers didn't work until near the end of the test but my Scorp' sailed it! Next job is the rear-bumper, sort the split and a blow-over. Then a new Stainless Steel full exhaust at some stage when the weather gets better, after that I'll replace the rear brake discs, then it's just rolling maintenance. The only two wee things I'm not happy about tackling are, the light behind the heated rear window switch doesn't work, the same as the light behind the heater controls in the centre doesn't work. I tried to get that panel off a couple of times, but it always looks ready to snap or break a clip or something, just a wee bit annoying! Hope you all had a great Xmas, onward to New Year now!
