my gearx cosworth didnt pass on f/n/s wishbone bottom swivel i have i fitted a new wishbone.
the hand brake needed ajusting done this.
and on emissions
so chaneged the spark plugs checked all the ht leads
gave it a oil change but it still failed on emissions
the reading is
farst idle test co level 0.53% fail should be 30%
second fast idle test 0.4% fail should be 30%
went to one garage they say that one of the cats have gone.they were both repaced last year.
went to another garage and the say the lambda sencer may have gone.
anybody now what i should do any help please

You really need a scan to see what codes flash up, before you waste money on stuff you dont need.

How has the car been used, short trips, around town etc, or long trips. What petrol do you use, shell optimax, super market, other? I had a mazda mx3 that kept failing untill it was very hot then the cat started to work and it passed. Give it a good run just before it goes for a retest, rev the c p out or it, may just be that.
