CD Autochanger disected

Hi, after wanting to get to the bottom of my non-functioning CD player, I thought I'd share the following images.
I found my problem is a faulty cd spindle motor, the disc loads, engages in the unit but doesn't spin.
My part number is 95GP-18C830-AA
