rear seat and rattling noise problem

hi guys
the other day my mate broke the bit that enables you to put the rear seats down, and now i cant do it. does anyone know where i can find a diagram of the inside of the seat, or does anyone know how i can fix it. its the bigger seat of the 2. also we have suddenly got a rattling noise at the back of the engine but passengers side. it only happens when its got warm and when the engine is just idling and not moving. any ideas would be great

Are you sure the rear seat button isn't locked ?....there is an orange lock lever on the back of the seat (accessible from the boot)

no, you know the little knob that you move so that you can lay the seats down, he snapped it. we tried putting a screw driver inside to see if we can unlock it that way but it wont. do i make sence now? if not i can take a pic tomorrow and put it on here.

hi thanks for that will have a look today, but the problem i might have with that is i cant put the back rest down. but at least i know the inside now
