A number of months ago i asked a question about my scorpio having had 7 sets of front discs in only 43000 miles.I think i now have an answer. Today i had my discs skimmed using  a pro cut on car brake lathe. this machines both sides of the discs at the same time while still on the car. This should eliminate run out and any high spots and set the disc true to the car.I have done over 100 miles since i left the garage and have had NO WOBBLES AT ALL.  Hopefully this will be the end of my juddering. ... ps car dealers all over britain have brake lathes ..see pro cut  website

Would that have been the problem with ALL 7 sets of discs though??

I suspect the skimming may just have counteracted the real cause?

I had always suspected the hubs were the problem but was told by Ford main dealers that everything was ok  but they could not explain why the discs were warping. Now even with a runout on the hubs the discs have been machined to be perfectly parallel to the pads  so all of the pad is in contact with the disc during braking  instead of only hitting at the high spots.
