clunking front offside

have a strange problem that clears after 30 minutes driving..its a clunk from the supension area..wishbone bushes changed...link rods changed...when jacked up everything seems ok...would a suspension leg do this? and why ok after 30 mins of driving..any ideas appreciated rgds
