You need two of the Ford Radio tools available at mpst well known outlets they are "U" shaped and slide in through the two holes on each side of the radio. Gently push them towards the outside of the radio ( i.e. push the left hand one gently to the left and opposite for the the other) and that releases the spring clips and the radio should then come out towards you. Sometimes the clips are difficult to release but patience and perseverance succeeds in most cases. While it is out make a note of the serial number!

This site shows the keys. The ones for our cars are the DIN removal keys. a Google search will throw up loads of sites or, as Dave says, local factors etc.
