Just bought a 2.3 and only running on 3 cylinders

Just bought this and I wonder if anybody could be of help...It only seems to run on three cylinders and the Rear tyre is way too big at 240 x 16.
Any help much appreciated

my Triumph also runs on 3 cylinders, it seems allright so I havent bothered looking for a problem. My sons Triumph runs on 4 cylinders, but he still cant keep up with mine, so I dont thing I have much wrong.

The 2.3 runs 2 cylinders per coil on a wasted spark system, to just have 1 cylinder down id say bad ht lead or bad plug
