auto transmission dipstick

Hi Folks,
Grateful for location of auto transmission gearbox dipstick 16v dohc 1995. Car is dropping out of gear from time to time and I wonder whether this is a fluid condition or level problem. Incidentally is there a good diagram I can find on-line of the engine compartment showing the location of dipsticks etc?

Hi it could be either of the things you have said or something else but oil level is the thing to start with.
When you check the oil the engine should be at normal temp and I believe the engine needs to be running or it will show there is more oil in there than there is.

Every time I fill the petrol tank to 3/4 or more the car stinks of petrol, is there a rubber hose from the filler pipe to the tank? or is there somthing else wrong? anyone got any ideas?
