you need drain the system to use steel seal......i was recommended K Seal and it worked perfectly & its half the price . just pour in header tank..i had a gasket or crack in head; water coming out of exhaust ...link to a youtube demo of the stuff   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pqfp3PFJQJk

I agree Lee what I meant was if they are telling people that certain companies stock it when they don't then could they be saying it works when it doesn't.
I also think the get out clause for the money back offer is a bit off as it could cost you more than the cost of the product  to get a written report from a garage confirming your headgasket had gone before you used it.
 
As for billy nomates you have loads here and I for 1 would have come down to help you if I had a car running and some spare cash for petrol.

Well mine is the only car I have and it spends more time off the road broken down at the moment than it does on the road but I want to rebuild it but the breakdowns take up all my time and are the priority.
