Car has returned from its New Bumper Install

The new bumper looks brilliant as does the rear light, all is well, I might even has side-stepped...yet again... my Son's desire to pinch the Scorpio.
However, One of the mudflap clips has gone walkabout, it was there when it returned but obviously not correctly tightened, are these avavilable?
Or am I going to have to buy a new set of mudflaps, the clip looks like 2 jaws, one is serrated which clips into the other with an socket head screw to tighten via a captive nut.
