hi there guys got a 1998 2.3 scorpio on the road the engine has decieded to go pop i have a 2ltr dohc engine will this go in without changing the looms?thanks

Much more information is needed. Is it 16V. Year of engines, and car.

sorry frog eye scorpio 1998 and a 2ltr 16v dohc i thought all dohc was 16valve? 2ltr 1997 but had a look today the injection looks differnt

Sorry..........I missed the DOHC bit, it could have been an 8 valve 2 litre. The injection is different, but with work the 2 litre head goes on the 2.3 engine, so I guess the whole 2 litre engine will go into the 2.3 without too much hassle. There are those on here that know much more than me!
