Hi I believe that you can't get the cosworth water pumps now and that people are selling the 12v ones as cosworth ones. I also believe that the insides are interchangable which is what you will have to do. There are some older threads on this on here somewhere.

Have somebody tried waterpump from burtonpower? Is it the right one for BOB? http://www.burtonpower.com/water-pump-cosworth-v6-24v-2-9-bob-epw01.html Last year already changed mine BOB pump to BOA/12v pump, closed the hole, that isn't needed for BOB engine, drived a bit, but it started leaking again. So I just wonder if that pump from burton will be the right one? Because many part sellers offers BOA pump as BOB pump, althought, they are different and there isn't straight fit.

The photo is the right one - I'd expect Burton Power to know what they are selling - being Ford experts. They are quite good at recommissioning designs for obsolete items - maybe that's what they've done here due to the amount of BOB engines now in Sierra's and Capri's. They have all the timing bits as well - which is pretty good as Ford have run out of them now!
