Few questions about relays

Hello! Week ago I bought 2.0i 16v 1995 scorpio Ghia as Winter car, there are few electrical problems (both fuse boxes seems to be ok). Interior lights won't turn on, bulbs and fuses are good, are there some relays somewhere for interior light? Same problem is with cigarette lighter and drivers seat electrical lift (seats are manual, only lift is electrical), also does this have some kind of relays? And what about these wires? They are located on top of interior blower motor. What do they do normally? Image is clickable

The picture is of the HBC (heater blower control), it controls the speed of the blower motor. Some have just 1 wire to the middle plug like yours, others have 2. For interior lights Check fuse 36 (power saver). Relay 5 is for the interior lights, (says heated rear screen in the handbook), however without it the lights still work manually via the roof switches but don’t work via the door switches, remote etc – so presumably isolates them from the central timer.

Tompion, as you said, Fues number 36 was the cause, thanks again. So question about electric lift of drivers seat, and cigarette lighter socket, what fuses and relays do control that?

The details of all fuses and relays are Here Click on the page to enlarge and then click again. The answer is Fuse 43 in the Battery side fusebox,Relay 6, in the centre console. Fuse 26 in the main, drivers side, fusebox.

Thanks Simmo! I have already printed the fuse layout and checked all fuses that I understand, I was asking because maybe there are some other fuses like for interior lights, where is written only Power Saver (fuse number 36) and nothing about interior light.

Fuse 24 in the Main fusebox covers the interior light as well as the radio.
