Hi my doors won't lock as when you lock them with the key they just unlock themselves straight away. I have checked and all locks lock and then unlock including the boot so could this be a short somewhere in the wiring?

I just did some tests. Using the remote: If I leave either rear door open the car still locks. If I leave either front door open the locks cycle but don’t lock. If I leave either front door open & unplug it’s connector on the door pillar the other doors lock. With the key: As with the remote except it won’t attempt to lock if the door you’re locking is open. So if you unplug the front doors in turn & find the car then locks with one unplugged you’ll at least know which lock to look at.
