interior lights wont work

hi can anyone help plz.
had all doors and boot open whilst cleaning it out and changing the rear view mirror, and not got no interior lights.
any ideas plz thanks

check fuses 36 & relay 16 (power saver) and fuse 24 (interior lights+audio systems). Presume you tried closing all doors to reset the relay. (And the boot)

It is easy to get a short when removing the lighting unit to get to the mirror connection. If you did access it that way the chances are it is a fuse gone as Glyn suggests.
