See if you can find a local company which makes hydraulic hoses - don't think these pipes are available from Ford anymore but if they are will probably cost a fortune.

A quick Google search brought up This Company and I think it was the same Company who sorted out Pegasus's car in London recently.

I have been to se a local Pirtek guy in Derby. he said maybe he could do a repair but I would have to bring the pipe in. How big a job is it to remove and replace it? I would have to get the garage to remove it, and if Pirtek can not be repair it. I'm left with a car I can't move. The mechanic who inspected it said it had a crack where there is a crease in the pipe.

It is very simple to remove, one bolt on the rack end a support bracket and union nut on the pump.

By repair I think they mean replace: they need the old 1 for the fittings and they'll just put a new hose in-between. See here for info.
