Cosworth won't turn off

Hi just looking for some advise. My cosworth estate started playing up the other day starts fine but when I take the key out of the ignition the engine is still running, have to disconnect the battery to turn her off, a couple of times tho even with the battery disconnected it still ran.
Any ideas? Already checked relays and replaced the smaller fusebox next to the battery and look looked for broken/damaged wires but couldn't see any.
Any ideas would be great thanks.

I think it could be a wet fuse box or a problem with the ignition switch. Just thought it may be cigarette lighter socket. Also be carefull of disconnecting the battery as could do damage to alternator when the engine is running.
