C1095 Code "Sanity Check needed"

I had a permanent C1095 that could only be cleared with FORScan so I took the ABS module out and sure enough found the usual dry joints to the pump on the circuit board. Unfortunately, I messed up two of the pipe threads during getting it out/in and could not repair them. So, I bought another ABS module from Spikie's and put that in.
Current situation is that I now get a C1095 on the rolling test at > 10mph but this clears when the ignition is turned off. I also get a C1095 when using the FORScan ABS test.
I've checked all the sensors are about 1100 ohms and give about 0.25V when the wheel is spun so have eliminated all that.
I now really don't want to risk taking the 'new' ABS module out unnecessarily so, can anybody recommends a test I can do on it?

If you had a sensor fault you would get a sensor code not just C1095.

Do you hear the pump if you run the Forscan ABS test.

You can connect the motor directly to a battery to make sure it runs.

I think it likely the controller is faulty or possibly the wiring as you've distubed it.

A blown motor fuse will give a C1095 but I expect the ABS light would stay on.

Many thanks for tips Tompion.
I ran the FORScan ABS test again but the pump did not run.
Measured the pump resistance as 2.5ohms so that looked OK.
Measured the controller output to the pump as O/C across the pins and O/C from either pin to earth so that looked bad.
Suspected it was the usual O/C pins on the circuit board so warmed each pin up with a clean soldering iron for 1 minute.
This may seem extreme but having seen inside the controller on the old unit I knew it was fairly safe.
Then measured the L/H pin of the controller (looking from the wing) as 183K ohms and the R/H pin as Earth so that looked more promising.
Reconnected and tested with FORScan – Pump ran for 2 seconds and test was all OK. (Had an initial minor problem with R/H earth connector slipping up inside its housing and not making contact so beware of that).
Then road tested - All OK.
I suggest anybody with a C1095 does the simple resistance checks above and if the pins look O/C, try warming them up as I did. You have little to loose and could save an awful lot of time, work, grief and money.

I generally forget to mention one motor pin should test as earth Roll Eyes
Glad you got it sorted, fingers crossed it stays that way.
