Can you explain what you mean by 'manually pressing the relay R17' ?

What I meant by manually pressing is while the relay is socket in the relay compartment and I open the relay cover so that I have access to the relay terminal and I know use my hand manually to press the terminal to make contact for the fuel to inject out while ignition switch is in off position sir

It sounds as though you have damp or corrosion on the contacts. Have you removed the relay and sprayed the contacts with switch cleaner? The main thing is to ensure that the fuse-box cover is fitted correctly and that there is no water trapped in the tray area. Are the drain holes in the bulkhead in front of the battery clear? You could try using a hairdryer to GENTLY warm the fuse-box to try and disperse any dampness which may have got in there. Is the battery cover fitted?? : This may help The cables from the fuse box run through a large rubber grommet in the bulkhead. IF that is not fitted correctly and water builds up under the fuse box it will run in to the car and will wet the carpet on the passenger foot well. Have you seen any sign of dampness there?

Hi Pipino. I'm sorry to read about your problem. I would do two things. I would check the wiring in the fuse box, just to make sure that the connections to the fixed contact in the fuse box is secure. And as it is possible that even a new Relay can be faulty, I would try another new Relay. Even if the Relay is not at fault you will have a spare one in your collection of Scorpio bits and pieces. Good luck Mike
