Encouraging ending, I checked and adjusted the tyre pressures on mine (all were down to different extents) and so far the lights have not come back on.

Dam thing is still coming on, stays off to start with and after a short stop it sometimes comes on. Its still when you get to 15mph so it passes the main test and fails the sensor test. New battery just fitted, but still the same, could it be the plug to the pump, had top hose blow some time ago, water everywhere.

Hi Peter I have got that code and 1145 but I have changed the sensor and checked the wiring, had to replace a plug socket, and all worked ok for several trips. I can scan the car now with my foxwell scanner but it wont clear the codes. Also when I do the scan it runs the pump, so I know thats working, and the abs works when the lights off. The battery has just died, over night , so I think I will let it settle down for a few trips. I have looked at the big plug and wound it in and out on the bolt to make sure it has good contact Gerald.

Hi Roy I have used them, batterys for my scooter, and they seem good. To get a battery near the 75 amp hour and 680cca I went to Euro parts, £75, for a varta. I was thinking it may of upset the car so I will see how it goes, went for a 15 mile trip yesterday, all ok Gerald.

Well after putting it off, I soldered the pins to the feed wire for the abs pump on a spare unit. I then changed the unit without removing the pump, a lot less trouble than having to bleed it all, a bit tight though. It has not been on for a while now so I think it has worked.
