2010 insurance rip off

My insurance has rocketed from 100.70 including tax and without add ons to 248.00 and that is not even with my existing insurer who were more expensive than the alternative qoutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The excuse- all the snow we had. I still cannot believe that those who do not have accidents are subsidising those who do. Of course I am now looking around for cheaper insurance as loyalty is certainly a thing of the past when it comes down to almost anything!

£100 ?...that's less than my limited mileage classic insurance on my MK1 Granny.
I'll agree with the Yank  , £248 isn't too bad, although I'd still ring around to see if you can get it down a bit

 It seems that if you get your insurance from the internet it will be a lot cheaper than going direct, even with the same insurer........ But £248 seems about average......

Got it down to 186.30 and still trying to get it down. Calling the company is better as one dropped their priceby 48.00 in two minutes quoting extra discounts available. There's hope still as my insurance does not run out for two weeks.
