Several Scorps.....

...were seen today, including ours and a certain silver facelift in attendance at a mini-meet at Texaco petrol station in Wilmslow  Grin

Other than that a light blue 24v Ultima N plate outside Texaco, an M plate Ultima in burgandy outside Esso, and a really nice S plate 24v Ultima in Olive Green at BP petrol station in Knutsford.

Hmmm, Scorpios near petrol stations, surely not indicative of a thirst for petrol?  Roll Eyes

Grin Naa, just the way it worked out today. Set off from one, encountered another 2 trying to say hi to Baz, and stopped at the last for a paper that doesn't seem to be available anywhere else  Roll Eyes

There are about 4 petrol stations in Wilmslow though so it is difficult to actually not go past them!

Cheers

REN,

I already had a secret meeting with Wumpster in a British Rail car park after dark!! Don't know if I could go through that again!!

I was thinking of trying to get there for this one though!! As for Dave, it isn't fair that someone that young can drive a Cosworth!! I was 22 before I got my first 2.8 4x4 Scorpio Granada (but I did only pay £250.00 fully comp)

Hey, I deserve it! This was my first:

Note the wash.

And this my second:

Note the polish.

So i've had a fair share of bad cars. Actually the red one was a beauty.. aside from being LHD, it was great. Don't get me started on the black one though. You'd think the same car, five years younger, only built for England rather than Germany, would be just as good. But no. No brake servo, heavier steering, thinner doors, poorer quality seats. Darn good high beam though.

My point .. err. I deserve a cosworth!! In any case, if anything big goes wrong on it i'll be broken. Pray for me.
