Yes, used to own a 2.9 mk3 scorpio. Was fitting a leather interior the other day (wasn't all that keen on the recaro half leather she came with) and yes she is a ghia.
Is yours an ultima?

hi again,yes silver 24v ultima,was riddled with minor probs but seem to have got through them now  failed mot on emmisions miserably ! steering rack was worn,bottom wishbone bushes,anti roll bar bushes,dash bulbs,vacum pipe assy (controls emmisions)replaced,had a rear shunt at darnall with one of our ethnic friends  now repaired,just awaiting whiplash settlement, and lost 4th gear a couple of weeks ago,now repaired to the tune of £300  just been to look at another down in nottingham,fitted with a new engine and cats by ford,no wonder my missus is shouting at me,but had the granada bug since about 1988,its worse than drug addiction !!!!!

Yes know what you mean about the granada bug.Grew up being driven round in a brand new 1972 consul L. First car i owned was a 1976 granada 3L GL. Then a 1984 2.8 Ghia X, then 1990 2.9 Scorpio. Not sure what I am going to do in about 5/6 years time when current car needs replacing.

oops ive done it again,just acquired no2,the one with new engine and cats was at £1595.00 but offered him £1100.00 surprisingly he said no !!!! but phoned back to say £1250.00 will buy it and guess what ??im picking it up tommorrow,needs rear bunper and boot lid refinnishing due to previous owner suffering alzeimas?i think he forgot where the back of the garage was by the way its a mettalic red one,so if you hear a pip its me,catch you soon,gaz
