Grey saloon looking in good order,wafted by me in Eye village(Peterborough)today 11.45.
Further to this,I met the owner in our local,he lives in the Big Smoke area and is visiting his brother who is one of the pub regulars.The car is a Nantucket grey 24v with 35000 on the clock.He bought it from an elderly man for £2000 blimey they are still about !!
He tells me someone has offered him £3000 for it,I did suggest that he may well never get another offer like that !! He says he likes the car so much he would never sell it.
He is not on the internet,but his son is,and he hopes to be in contact with the site.He went to our friends Halfords to buy fob batteries and was told that if he opened it,it would be ruined,and that he must go to FMD to be ripped off!!!
He is coming here tomorrow for new batteries and a reset.
