Indeed. BIG thanks to Anne and Richard Griffin for organising this and paying for us all up-front! Thanks to everybody else for turning up, it's good to finally tie a face down to a username; sorry I didn't get chance to meet everybody (not avoiding you) but I will at a future meet. Shame about the weather - but at least rain does less harm than sunburn... I'll post my photos when I get chance (nothing special, just the fronts of cars). Darren

Kevin....my missus was sober the whole day and naturally holds you totally responsible for taking Jane to a wedding instead of the meeting!

We blagged a badge on the way out without the yellow pass so no need to send one to us. Many thanks Anne (and Richard) for your work in making this event so enjoyable.... oh and for providing the gazebo to shelter from the rain!. I wonder what new gadgets Baz will manage to entertain us with next year?! Geoff gets my runner up prize for making the effort of turning up despite Scorpio-less and demonstrating that it's more about meeting up with friends than just about the cars.

Thanks Oliver, It really was great to catch up with old friends and I also needed a reminder about how great the cars can be so that I can keep plugging away in the search. One thing that is clear there really are a lot less Scorps out there than there used to be and really good ones are the exception, so in your case with a real goodun cherish it. As I am on, also let me give a big thank you to Anne and Richard for them doing there stuff once more! Now somewhere out there in the distance and I think that it is blueish may have 12,16 or 24 valves might even be a diesel could be a saloon or an estate is a nice Scorp waiting to be found, if you spot it first give me a nudge
