road trip 12th oct to bala north wales

hiya guys its me again with another invitation!!
well people who fancies a trip?? a few people from the south wales area are having a drive around wales and one of the stops will be at balla lake on the 12th october... so ive come up with the idea of maybe a few of us taking a drive out that way to meet up with them, and what a place to have pics taken!
bala lake from the nearest motorway junction to me in liverpool is junction 6 on the M62 and the distance from there is 68 miles and should take 1 hour 40 mins... i'll arrange meeting locations when i know where everyone is coming from...
if you fancy it then put your name and location down here please

right people! after lots of headaches ive come up with some times and places for us to get underway!!
first place will be....
M56 junction 14 hapsford services, between runcorn and ellesmere port junctions, we will be leaving at 09.30
next location will be the little chef at the junction of A5117 and A540 leaving there at 09.45
petrol station at the junction of A494 and the A5119 just as you get into mold.. leaving at 10.10
next is the car park on the junction of clywd st and mwrog st in ruthin... leaving at 10.30
arriving at bala at 11.15
obviously these times can and will vary with traffic and late runners (you know who you are jill!)
if anyone needs my mobile number then please PM me.. hope these places will fit in with everyone...
over 30 names too!

sorry its taken me a while to report on this meet but shift work has been getting in the way!
what a fantastic day! the sun came out just for us and burnt my neck! sunburnt in the middle of october!
well we ended up with 26 cars in all... focus, escort, sierra, ka, cortina ... sorry if ive missed anything off...the drive over went very well with some brilliant roads... met up with the people from south wales at the lake and done some talking to old and new friends... all of who we would love to see again with us on our next meet
so enough of the babbling here a a few pics.....

yeah the crayford has only done 40 thou too!!
and the weather.... as you say for ONCE!!! that must have been the once for 2008!!!
